Want to return something?

No problem! You can return any item within 14 days from the date you received your order. The returned item must be unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage. Please include the original receipt and a completed return form, which can be downloaded by clicking here.

Remember, without a completed form, the process may take significantly longer. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent after the specified period or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received. We guarantee a full refund using the same method as the original purchase.

For returns or exchanges, the cost is the customer’s responsibility.

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

Please wait 14 business days from the moment the status of your order changes from “Order in Progress” (indicating that we are awaiting payment) to “Order Completed” (indicating that we are preparing your package for shipment). MMC Studio products are shipped via DHL and InPost. The shipping cost (per package) is 20 PLN and is borne by the customer. Delivery time within Poland is a maximum of 2 business days. For in-store pickup at the MMC Studio showroom, delivery is free of charge.

What does product availability of 14 days, 21 days mean?

If a product shows an availability of 14 or 21 days, it means that if the product is not in stock at the time of your order, the wait time for production will be 14 or 21 days.
