No problem, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and free of any signs of wear or damage. Returns must include the receipt and a completed returns form, which you can download by clicking here .

Remember, without a completed form the procedure may take significantly longer.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent after the stated deadline and items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
We guarantee a full refund of the amount paid for the goods in the same way as the purchase was made.

In the event of a return or exchange of goods, the cost of such return is the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of an exchange, the goods will be re-shipped at our expense.

If your product is damaged, please provide the name of the faulty product, describe the defect, and—if possible—send us a photo of it. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a product is displayed with an availability of 14 or 21 days, it means that if the product is not in stock at the time of ordering, the waiting time for sewing is 14 or 21 days.

Order fulfillment typically takes 2 to 5 business days. However, if the product is not in stock at the time of order, processing may take longer. In such cases, please contact us at online@mmcstudio.pl .

Please wait 14 business days from the moment your order status changes from Order in progress, which means we are waiting for payment, to Order completed, which means we are preparing the package for shipment.

MMC Studio products are shipped via DHL and InPost. The shipping cost (per package) is PLN 20 and is the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery time within Poland is a maximum of 2 business days.
In case of personal collection at the MMC Studio showroom, delivery is free.
